By accessing or using the Devix website, project estimator, or contact forms, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

Devix provides information about our web development and design services. Content on this website is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Budget figures produced by our interactive estimator are indicative estimates only. Final pricing depends on discovery, scope validation, technical requirements, and a formal proposal. Devix is not obligated to deliver work at estimated prices without a signed agreement.

When you submit inquiries or estimator data, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it with us.

All content on this website — including text, visuals, branding, and code — is owned by Devix or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting spam or malicious content, or interfering with site operation.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Devix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our services. • Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to a project or engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Devix for the specific project giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim. • We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@devix.id so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
